Who We Are
Elysian Flight Support Services is a small, person-centred disability support provider based in the beautiful Shoalhaven.
We specialise in supporting people with mental health needs, Autism, ADHD and intellectual disabilities. We understand that every person is unique, and that the right support looks different for everyone.
Our focus is on building genuine relationships, supporting independence, developing everyday skills and helping the people we support feel more confident and empowered in their own lives.
We believe good support is about more than simply completing tasks. It’s about getting to know the person, understanding what is important to them, listening to their goals, and supporting them to have choice and control in their lives.
As a small provider, we value a personal approach. We take the time to understand the individual needs of the people we support and work alongside them to provide consistent, respectful and meaningful support.

Our small group settings aim to encourage participation in existing community groups, fostering the self-assurance needed to integrate independently into the vibrant Shoalhaven community.
We aim to provide educational and skill-enhancement activities both in the comfort of your home and through communal workshops, enabling personal growth and the opportunity to forge new friendships, all while learning to be self-reliant and confident individuals.

Like the dragonfly, which represents change, resilience and transformation, we aim to inspire the people we support to recognise their own strengths and possibilities.
We want to help people build confidence, independence and resilience, while creating opportunities to connect with others and live a life that is meaningful and vibrant.
At Elysian Flight, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel connected, discover their strengths, build their independence and have the freedom to live life on their own terms.

Our Name
Elysian evokes the divine beauty, tranquility, and bliss akin to heaven or paradise - a term that encapsulates perfect happiness.
The dragonfly gracefully flits through life, it embodies change, transformation, and self-realisation. Its rapid aerial dance symbolizes our own capacity for important changes when needed. Their iridescent wings - like shimmering rainbows - reflect the kaleidoscope of traits that define us. Each wing, a bespoke masterpiece, whispers, ‘Embrace your uniqueness; it’s your superpower'.
Their individuality is a powerful reminder that it’s okay to be ourselves.
