Catherine B - Owner
Married to my husband of 24 years I'm a proud mum to three incredible young men who are all Autistic and ADHD. Our home, filled with love, energy, and a bit of chaos, is shared with two of their amazing partners, a dog, three cats, a bearded dragon, and a tank full of marine fish. It’s a busy, noisy household - but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
When I began working as a support worker, I quickly realised that much of the industry left me questioning its true priorities. From that moment on, I made a commitment to always advocate for and work in the best interests of the participants. I understand that flexibility is essential in this field, and I strive to adapt to the ever-changing needs of those I support.
I value collaboration and work closely with both formal and informal support networks to ensure participants achieve the best possible outcomes and progress toward their goals.
I am very community-focused and have spent 12 years volunteering as a Scout Leader in Bomaderry, helping to build resilience and independence in our local youth through well-structured, purposeful programs.
My greatest passion is improving the lives of others—particularly those living with psychosocial challenges.
“Always be true to yourself and your beliefs”

Tanzania D (Tanz)
Psychosocial Disability Support Worker & Admin Support
Hi! While still relatively new to the disability support sector, I bring a strong passion for helping others and a deep commitment to making a positive difference. Currently in my fifth year of a double Bachelors degree in Psychological Science and Social Science, I plan to specialise in child trauma therapy after graduation.
Working alongside younger neurodiverse people is something I’m particularly passionate about, especially helping them learn new skills and feel confident engaging in their local community. As a recently diagnosed ADHDer with an Autistic partner, I bring lived experience, understanding, and patience to my role.
When I’m not at Uni or working, you’ll usually find me enjoying my newest adventure - indoor bouldering and rock climbing - or out camping with my partner. When I’m in the mood for something quieter, I enjoy teaching myself new skills such as embroidery and macramé or building Lego and wooden craft kits. My cat and bearded dragon and are a huge part of my life and help keep me grounded.
I am also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. I value openness, inclusivity, and working with people from all walks of life - regardless of background, culture, gender, sexuality, or ability.
Most importantly, I genuinely want to get to know you - your thoughts, interests, and goals - so that we can work together in a way that feels empowering, meaningful, and even fun.

Psychosocial Disability Support Worker
Hello! I'm a proud mum of three daughters, one son, two dogs, and a cat. Life is full, and I love it.
I’m a natural problem solver and find the greatest fulfilment in my work when I can see that I'm making a meaningful difference in someone’s life. I believe the most effective way to support others is by truly listening - encouraging people to grow and make confident, informed choices for themselves.
I consider myself patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure, especially in challenging situations.
My favourite place to be is anywhere near the water - especially the ocean. And if I’m really lucky, I’ll have a good detective novel in hand too!

Michelle N
Disability & Aged Care Support Worker
I have worked in the welfare and community services sector for over 40 years across a variety of roles. Throughout this time, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by our older and most vulnerable community members. This led me to transition into the support sector, where I can make a direct and meaningful impact every day.
I love people and bring a helpful, compassionate, and cheerful attitude to my work. I’m hardworking, reliable, and truly committed to improving the lives of others - both professionally and in my local community.
Outside of work, I’m happiest relaxing in the garden or spending time with my beloved dog, Jheta. And if there’s anything with leopard print - I probably already own it!

Chris B
Disability Support Worker
Hi, I’m Chris.
I’ve been working in the disability support sector for the past two years, and I am loving it. Prior to this, I spent over 10 years managing hotels, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
This combination of professional and life experience has given me valuable insight into behaviours of concern, allowing me to respond with patience, understanding, and practical strategies that have proven highly effective in the disability sector. I take pride in building genuine connections and providing support that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I have a strong interest in music, technology, sci-fi, gaming, and anime, which I often incorporate into my support work to build rapport and create engaging, person-centred activities. Whether it’s connecting over shared interests, using tech to support independence, or exploring creative outlets, I enjoy finding ways to make support both meaningful and fun.
I also value my time at home with my fiancée and our family, including my two amazing stepsons and our beautiful baby daughter, who keep life busy, rewarding, and full of adventures.

Jolyne M
Admin Support
Hi!
My name is Jolyne, and you’ll usually find me taking care of the office duties. Outside of the office, I also work as a body piercer. In that role, many of my clients are feeling vulnerable - whether they’re anxious or lightheaded - so it’s important that they feel safe and supported and know they can rely on me.
Because of this, I have a strong understanding of what it means to be a calm, supportive presence for others, and it’s something I’m truly passionate about in both roles. I have so much respect for support workers, and I’m grateful to play a part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so they can continue doing the incredible work they do.
In my free time, I love being outdoors - swimming, hiking, or even just enjoying a picnic and feeling the sunshine on my skin. I have two cats that I absolutely adore, and they love spending their days curled up together. I’m also really passionate about makeup and fashion, often op shopping with friends or experimenting with colourful looks.
Oh, and I’m a massive Twilight fan… but that’s my secret 🤫

Blake G
Disability & Aged Care Support Worker
My name is Blake, and I am a dedicated parent to a blended family of five children between the ages of 1 and 8 years. With first-hand experience caring for my son with additional needs, I have developed practical knowledge in the disability sector.
Although I am relatively new to the industry, I am currently pursuing a Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability, building on the legacy of both my parents, who have over twenty years of experience in this field.
My primary passion lies in delivering high-quality care and support to clients. I excel in assisting those requiring extra support and find genuine satisfaction in engaging with activities such as fishing, social outings, and hands-on projects.
As an enthusiastic, committed, and compassionate individual, I frequently dedicate my spare time to supporting others and actively participating in community initiatives.

Brianna R
Psychosocial Disability Support Worker
Hi, I’m Brianna!
I’ve always been someone who really cares about people and the way they feel, which is what drew me to support work. I love being able to show up for someone, make their day a little easier, and help them feel comfortable, understood, and not alone.
For me, it’s the small things that matter most, taking the time to listen, respecting how someone likes things done, and creating a calm, safe space where they can just be themselves. I really value building genuine connections and supporting people in a way that feels right for them.
Outside of work, I love staying active with walking and workouts, and spending time near the water whenever I can. I’m also a big animal lover and enjoy quiet, cozy time at home with my dog.
