Catherine B - Owner
Married to my husband of 24 years I'm a proud mum to three incredible young men who are all Autistic and ADHD. Our home, filled with love, energy, and a bit of chaos, is shared with two of their amazing partners, a dog, three cats, a bearded dragon, and a tank full of marine fish. It’s a busy, noisy household - but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

When I began working as a support worker, I quickly realised that much of the industry left me questioning its true priorities. From that moment on, I made a commitment to always advocate for and work in the best interests of the participants. I understand that flexibility is essential in this field, and I strive to adapt to the ever-changing needs of those I support.

I value collaboration and work closely with both formal and informal support networks to ensure participants achieve the best possible outcomes and progress toward their goals.
I am very community-focused and have spent 12 years volunteering as a Scout Leader in Bomaderry, helping to build resilience and independence in our local youth through well-structured, purposeful programs.

My greatest passion is improving the lives of others—particularly those living with psychosocial challenges.

Tanzania D (Tanz)
Hi! I'm new to the disability support sector, but I bring with me a strong passion for helping others and a deep commitment to making a difference. I'm currently in my fourth year of a Psychology and Social Science degree, with plans to specialise in child trauma therapy after graduation.

As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am open, inclusive, and committed to working with people from all walks of life—regardless of background, culture, gender, sexuality, or ability.

I genuinely want to get to know you—your thoughts, interests, and goals—so that we can work together to support your journey in a way that feels empowering, meaningful, and even fun!

Lisa M
Hello! I'm a proud mum of three daughters, one son, two dogs, and a cat. Life is full, and I love it.

I’m a natural problem solver and find the greatest fulfilment in my work when I can see that I'm making a meaningful difference in someone’s life. I believe the most effective way to support others is by truly listening - encouraging people to grow and make confident, informed choices for themselves.

I consider myself patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure, especially in challenging situations.

My favourite place to be is anywhere near the water - especially the ocean. And if I’m really lucky, I’ll have a good detective novel in hand too!

Blake G
My name is Blake, and I am a dedicated parent to a blended family of five children between the ages of 1 and 8 years. With first-hand experience caring for my son with additional needs, I have developed practical knowledge in the disability sector.
Although I am relatively new to the industry, I am currently pursuing a Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability, building on the legacy of both my parents, who have over twenty years of experience in this field.
My primary passion lies in delivering high-quality care and support to clients. I excel in assisting those requiring extra support and find genuine satisfaction in engaging with activities such as fishing, social outings, and hands-on projects.
As an enthusiastic, committed, and compassionate individual, I frequently dedicate my spare time to supporting others and actively participating in community initiatives.

Michelle N
I have worked in the welfare and community services sector for over 40 years across a variety of roles. Throughout this time, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by our older and most vulnerable community members. This led me to transition into the support sector, where I can make a direct and meaningful impact every day.

I love people and bring a helpful, compassionate, and cheerful attitude to my work. I’m hardworking, reliable, and truly committed to improving the lives of others—both professionally and in my local community.

Outside of work, I’m happiest relaxing in the garden or spending time with my beloved dog, Jheta. And if there’s anything with a leopard print—I’m probably a fan!
